Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for JP 4

Background

JP 4 is requesting a line item transfer for JP 4 from Salaries to Temp Labor in the amount of $3,452.80 to cover labor expense for two Temps in Court Clerk positions for pay periods 12/17/10 (1948.32) and 12/31/10 (1504.48). Two Court Clerks resigned and we have two Temps in the positions on a probationary basis.
