Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for CCL #3

Background

These monies will cover the shortage in the visiting judge line item which was utilized prior to the incoming Judge being sworn in. In addition, CCL#3, has had a temp working in their office prior to full-time slots being filled. This LIT will cover that as well.
