To note in the minutes and acknowledge receipt of the 13th consecutive Five Star Vital Registration Award by the County Clerk's office by the State Health Services Vital Statistics Unit of the Texas Department of Health.
Background
There were only 22 clerks' offices out of the State who received this award at the 56th Annual Conference in Austin. This was held on December 8-10th. This was the Exemplary designation.
