County acceptance of court awarded forfeiture of 2004 Cadillac Escalade for Sheriff's Office
Background
The 2004 Cadillac Escalade was awarded to the Sheriff's Office after conclusion of Cause No. 10-1201-C277 in the 277th Judicial District Court. The Sheriff's Office would like to place this vehicle into service. While the item has already been awarded to the County, this action will allow for the titling and placing of the asset on the County's books.
