NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
WILLIAMSON COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S COURT
January 7, 2011

The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in special session in the Jester Annex Community Room, 1801 East Old Settlers Blvd., in Round Rock, Texas to consider the following items:
 
1.  
Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.
 
  REGULAR AGENDA
 
2.   Discussion with Representative Elect Charles Schwertner and Representative Elect Larry Gonzalez regarding upcoming Legislative Session including but not limited to any issues which may concern Williamson County.
 
3.   Discuss and take appropriate action regarding Legislative requests to Representative Elect Schwertner and Representative Elect Gonzales.
 
  EXECUTIVE SESSION
"The Commissioners Court for Williamson County reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultations with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations regarding Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations regarding Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations regarding Security Devices) and 551.087 (Deliberations regarding Economic Development Negotiations)."
 
4.   Comments from members of Commissioners Court.
