BE IT REMEMBERED that at 1:10 P.M. on TUESDAY, JANUARY 12, 2010, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

3. Hear brief presentation by Alvin Lankford, Chief Appraiser Williamson Central Appraisal District (WCAD).
  The following addressed the Court:

4. Discuss and consider approving the 2010-2011 budget calendar as well as any future budget workshops.
 

Budget Officer Ashlie Koenig addressed the Court.
  Motion By: Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long 
  Second By: Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey Motion: To approve the 2010-2011 budget calendar and future budget workshops with the option to make changes later.
