Consider the approval of the Safeware Inc. Device Supply and Maintenance Agreement and use of 2008 Homeland Security Grant Funds for aquisistion.

Background

The execution of this contract will be funded through 2008 Homeland Security Grant Funding. The Technical Response Committee at CAPCOG approved these funds for the aquisition of maintenance agreements for Hazardous Materials monitoring equipment.
