Discuss and consider approving Klotz Associates, Inc. Supplemental #3 to their O'Connor Extension Professional Service Agreement (PSA) to allow for the execution of additional service on the O'Connor project.

Background

The Supplemental #3 to the PSA would allow for the execution of the following work authorization and WA supplemental:

Work Authorization #4 – O'Connor & Great Oaks Dr. @ RM 620 Intersection improvements requested by Commissioner Birkman in the last O’Connor meeting on November 24th (submitted for signature)

Supp. #1 to WA #3 – O’Connor ext. - design additional money is due to project delays and additional changes to bridge requested by TxDOT. (still in review phase but very close - not ready or submitted for signature yet)
