Discuss and take appropriate action on mitigation and Participation Determination for LCRA relocation of transmission lines to accommodate expansion of State Highway 195, Williamson County, Texas: aka Glasscock to Andice T-413. WCCF Application #20091217.

Background

The review of the referenced project has been completed in accordance with the Williamson County Regional Habitat Conservation Plan (RHCP). The mitigation fee for the referenced project will be $2655.00 covering the portion of the right of way in the subject karst area and a minor incursion into a partial impact zone for a known species cave.

Upon approval by the Court and following receipt of the appropriate mitigation fee from LCRA a Participation Agreement will be prepared.
