Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Non - Departmental

Background

Since 2005 we have spent a total of $186.09 out of line item 4710 (Bail Bond Board Expenses). Because of this, I did not budget funds in this particular line item for 2009-2010, thinking we could pay for such a small amount out of miscellaneous or contingency. According to John Bradley, he has been paying for many of these expenses out of his departmental (0440-DA) budget but would like to begin charging these items to Non-Departmental again. This line item transfer will cover expenditures for 2009-2010 of which the bail bond revenues far exceed.
