NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC WILLIAMSON COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S COURT JANUARY 12TH, 2010 1:00 P.M.


		The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the HR Training Room, 301 South East Inner Loop, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:

	1.	Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.

	2.	Discuss 2010-2011 budget to include policy, procedure, goals, philosophies and objectives/priorities Click to View

This notice of meeting was posted in the locked box located on the south side of the Williamson County Courthouse, a place readily accessible to the general public at all times, on the 8th day of January, 2010 at 12:00 Noon and remained posted for at least 72 continuous hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
