Consider approving reimbursement certificate to express official intent to reimburse costs on Pass Through Finance Bond for Sheets & Crossfield in the amount of $10,512.41 associated with project US 79 Section A (PTT0204-02-027).

Background

A second issuance of revenue bond for Pass Through Finance will be issued in Spring 2009. Reimbursement certificate is required to be approved by Commissioner's Court to cover the expenses from the general fund. Once the bonds are issued, the general fund will be reimbursed.
