Consider authorizing project budget transfer request for 2001 Road Bond monies as recommended by Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager: to move $3,724,268.93 from P116 (SH 45) to P127 (O'Connor Boulevard Extension).
Background

TXDOT has notified the county no further contributon payments will be requested on SH 45 which has provided us permission to release the funds. The Treasurer's Office has closed the SH 45 restricted Texpool and these funds were moved back into the 2001 Road Bond Texpool. Mike Weaver's recommendation is to transfer budget balance of P116 SH 45 to P127 O'Connor Boulevard.
