Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Non Departmental
Background

The Work Comp budgeted for Elections for 2008-2009 is $1349.  The past three years W/C has run between $1000-$1200.  Because of the enormous number of temporary staff added for early voting, the quote for this year only came in at $2961.36.  This transfer will cover the shortage in that particular line item.  Expenditures should be back down in 2009-2010.
