Several cities in Williamson County, as well as counties throughout the country, have long-range plans to assist them with budgeting, gauge their current customer service and determine ways to better service their citizens. One component of creating a long-range plan is to conduct a citizen survey to determine what is important to the citizens. That survey then can be used as a benchmark for future surveys to see if progress was made. |
