Consider amending Budget Order to comply with changes to the Family and Medical Leave Act.
Background
The FMLA now specifies that compensatory time payments can be used to pay employees on Family Medical Leave. Therefore, Section IX, paragraph 1, of the Budget Order needs to list the types of paid leave available to employees in the following sequence: Sick Leave, Vacation Leave, Essential Pay, Compensatory Time, and Holidays.
