Consider approving reimbursement certificate expressing official intent to reimburse costs on Pass Through Finance Bond for Diamond Survey in the amount of $2,292.50 associated with project PTT0204-04-040 and PTT0204-04-042 US 79 Section 5A/5B.

Background

Reimbursement certficate is required to be approved by Commissioner's Court the expenses covered from general fund. Expected date of revenue bond issuance is January or February 2009. Once bonds are issued, the general fund will be reimbursed.
