Consider approving reimbursement certificate expressing official intent to reimburse costs on Pass Through Finance Bond for Smith, Robertson in the amount of $5,103.00 associated with project PTT0015-05-122 IH-35/SH 29 Turnaround Bridges.
Background

Reimbursement certificate is required to be approved by Commssioner's Court to cover the expenses from general fund. Expected date of revenue bond issue is January or February 2009. Once bonds are issued, the general fund will be reimbursed.
