Consider approving reimbursement certificate expressing official intent to reimburse costs from Pass Through Finance Bond for Sheets & Crossfield in the amount $6,130.80 associated with project PTT0204-04-040 US 79 Section 5A.
Background

A second issuance of revenue bond for pass through finance will be issued in January or February 2009. Reimbursement Certificate is required to be approved by Commissioner's Court to cover the expenses from general fund.  Once bonds are issued, the general fund will be reimbursed.
