Discuss and take appropriate action on executing the PetPoint Application Service Provider Agreement for the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter.
Background

The PetPoint Application Service Provider Agreement will enable the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter the ability to use Pethealth's PetPoint shelter data management software applications in exchange for a monthly application use and service fee. The monthly fees will be fully discounted if the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter participates in both the ShelterCare insurance and the 24PetWatch microchip recovery programs offered through Pethealth Services, Inc. Cheryl Schneider will present this item and answer any questions regarding the agreement.
