Consider declaring an emergency and approving a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for the Road and Bridge Fund

Background

This budget amendment will cover funding in accordance with the approval of item #47 on the 12/23 agenda approving a one time, lump sum payment to TCDRS to stabilize our employer rate.
