Background

The preliminary plat for Gray Subdivison was approved on August 14, 2007. The Gray Subdivision is a total of 10.99 acres consisting of two lots, each being greater than 5.00 acres. Both lots have access from Rancho Bueno Drive, which is just north of Hwy 29 west of Georgetown.
