Discuss and consider approving the preliminary plat of Wolf Subdivision. Pct. # 2

Background

Wolf Subdivision consist of 111 acres with boundarys touching Hwy 183, CR 259 , Hwy 29 and one new roadway approximately 1477' in length and 70' wide. It is a two lot subdivision. Lot 1 will be commercial/retail and Lot 2 will be mixed use (commercial/ residential).
