Discuss and take action on the contract with STARRY for the leasing of office space for Juvenile Services

Background

Juvenile Services contracts with the Texas Baptist Childrens Home to lease office space in the STARRY building. STARRY stands for services to at risk and run away youth. This contract will take us into 2009.

The cost is $1900 per month. The offices are located across from the Texas Baptist Children's Home in Round Rock. Both intake and field probation services are handled through these offices.

STARRY has approved the new updated contract.
