Consider approving CO#2 in the amount of $9,136 for Boretex, LLC on Lake Creek trail.

Background

The attached Change Order #2 for Lake Creek Trail describes additional work accomplished by the contractot, Boretex, due to unanticipated subsurface conditions, (more rocks necessitating more ram hammer) and working with residents on Braes Valley on sidewalk changes. The total of CO #2 is $9,136 and is available in Precinct 1 BGA money. The attachement has pictures of each item. This is the last change order for the project which is 99% complete.
