Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the County Wide Records Management Fund

Background

The records warehouse received a credit from Office Depot and would like to purchase a commercial shredder to complete some small shredding jobs versus paying a third party vendor for these same services. The cost of the shredder is more than what is currently in their small equipment line item. Therefore, we are moving money out of miscellaneous and into small equipment to cover the difference.
