Discuss and take appropriate action on a Professional Services Contract with Hamer Enterprises to provide internet processing services to the Constable's Office in Precinct 2.

Background

Hamer Enterprises will provide their EZ-NETPAY? Internet Payment Services to the Constable's office for all of the collection types they perform. While not totally inclusive, those collection types shall include such items as the collection of taxes and other such items which the Constable's office decides to collect.
