Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the conveyance of the abandoned right-of-way property alongside FM 619 from Williamson County to Harold and Dorthy Fischer and Charles and Barbara Stabeno.

Background

Williamson County received this property from TxDOT with any cost to the county. The property is of no value to the county since it is in the floodplain and is a "haven" for illegal dumping.
