Consider approving a line item transfer for County Clerk:

Background

This will allow for creation of purchase requisistion on bid awarded 12-11-07. Original estimate of project was allocated in the 385-385-005741 account. Once bid was awarded and actual amounts for hardware and software were known, then the transfer could take place. This will begin the process.
