Consider approving a item transfer for Information Technology Services:

Background

This is for the remainder of the Citrix project which was entirely budgeted in Computer Equipment > $5,000 because the entire project was greater than $5,000. Now, as we purchase the individual products for the project, the software licenses for terminal services, although totaling more than $5,000, individually are only $52 each, thus the need to move the budget amount to the "under $5,000" line item (003011).

Along the same lines, the small equipment for the project was also included in the total project amount and needs to be moved to the "under $5,000" line item (003010).
