Florence Tower Site Utility Services Removal

Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action to approve contract between Williamson
County, Texas and Oncor Electric Delivery Company for removal of unused utility services
equipment to support the construction of the new Florence radio tower and authorize the
County Judge to sign same.
This request is to facilitate access and construction of the new radio system tower being constructed at the
Williamson County owned property located 1000 FM 970 in Florence, This agreement required by Oncor
outlines the removal of an overhead wire, guard light, and associated utility pole located on the property.
This move is required for crane access for building the radio tower. The cost of $1,296.88 for this move is
allocated in the Project Funds (Project #: P471).
Facilities is in agreement with the removal of the unused utility pole and wires on the property.
