Revised preliminary plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 2A subdivision – Pct 3

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 2A subdivision – Precinct 3.
This is the first revision to the preliminary plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 2A subdivision that was previously approved on July 21, 2021. Since the last approval, the developer has requested changes to the roadway layout, minor lot layout and boundary changes. This revision consists of a decrease of 80 linear feet of a new public roads and a decrease of 2 single-family lots. With this revision, the proposed Santa Rita Ranch Phase 2A subdivision consists of 391 single family lots, 15 drainage/open space/landscape/utility lots, 2 commercial lots and 23,572 feet of new roads on 251.695 acres.
2021-09-13 – initial submittal of the revised preliminary plat
2021-10-13 – 1st review complete with comments cleared
2021-10-14 – revised preliminary plat placed on the October 19, 2021 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
