Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment No. 1 to the CR 404 Realignment contract between Williamson County and RPS Infrastructure, Inc. relating to the 2019 Road Bond Program.

Background

RPS Contract Amendment No. 1 increases the contract cap by $140,000.00 from the original amount of $500,000.00 to $640,000.00. The increase will allow for the execution of Work Authorization #2 for schematic and PS&E design.
