NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
WILLIAMSON COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S COURT
November 5, 2019

The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
 
1. Review and approval of minutes.
 
2.
Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.
 
3.
Public Comment Period. The Commissioners Court will conduct a Public Comment Period to allow members of the public to address the Court regarding matters pertaining to or affecting Williamson County but that do not appear as an Agenda Item on a meeting’s Agenda.  During such Public Comment Period, speakers shall be limited to a maximum of two (2) minutes to make his/her remarks and the maximum overall discussion time allowed for the Public Comment Period, regardless of the number of members of the public wishing to address the Court during such period, shall be limited to ten (10) minutes.  Speaking time, to the extent possible, will be evenly allocated among speakers should more than five (5) speakers desire to speak during the Public Comment Period.  Please note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.
 
CONSENT AGENDA
The Consent Agenda includes non-controversial and routine items that the Court may act on with one single vote. The Judge or a Commissioner may pull any item from the consent agenda in order that the court discuss and act upon it individually as part of the Regular Agenda.

9.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the disposal of various county vehicle and equipment assets through Inter-Departmental Transfer including one (1) Wells Cargo Tote Wagon, pursuant to Tx. Local Gov’t Code 263.152.
 
10.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the disposal of various county assets through Sale to Insurance of one (1) Dodge Caravan and one (1) Chevrolet Tahoe, pursuant to Tx. Local Gov’t Code 263.152.
 
11.   Discuss and take appropriate action to establish an additional $150.00 cash drawer for the Civil Department of the Justice of the Court Pct. 2 office.
 
12.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Occupation and Use Agreement for staff caretaker at River Ranch County Park.
 
13.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Occupation and Use Agreement for staff caretaker at the Expo Center.
 
14.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving termination notice of subscription with LexisNexis Accurint for Constable Pct. 2 effective December 5, 2019, and authorizing the execution of the letter.
 
15.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving Amendment M539 to the Volume Licensing Agreement between Williamson County and Microsoft for the Microsoft 365 Enterprise Enrollment Mid-Term Selection and authorizing execution of the amendment.
 
16.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the Cyber Security Awareness Training policy.
 
17.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Jail Renovations Project, P411, Change Order #2 from JT Vaughn Construction in the amount of $29,299.00 to approve additional ceiling, electrical & mechanical scopes of work. This change order is being funded by the Project Contingency.

21.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the purchase of replacement vehicles in the amount of $1,839,789 from Holiday Chevrolet per Tarrant County Cooperative Contract #2019-014 to support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office.
 
22.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional revenue for a Sheriff’s Office donation.
