The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
 
1. Review and approval of minutes.

Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.
 
3.
Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.

17.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Investment Advisory Services contract, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for a two-year term, covering September 7, 2019 - September 6, 2021, with Hilltop Securities Asset Management, Inc., f/k/a First Southwest Asset Management, Inc.
 
18.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #1904-308 Property/Casualty and Worker's Compensation Insurance (Risk Coverage) for Williamson County to the highest scoring proposer, Travelers, as submitted by Lee Insurance Agency, Inc., and receiving, approving and authorizing execution of any necessary related forms.
 
19.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a licensing agreement between the Department of Defense, Defense Health Agency and Williamson County EMS.
 
20.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a three year agreement between Stryker and Williamson County related to LifeNet Asset services for EMS patient care monitors.

23.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of contract #1606-098, Blackland Farm Lease, for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract, with the exception of an annual price change to $21,722.39, for the term of October 1, 2019 - September 30, 2020, with Ross Emory Stromberg, Jr.
 
24.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the service contract between Quality Tree and Lawn and Williamson County for Tree Pruning Project at Berry Springs Park, in the not-to-exceed amount of $30,025.00, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
 
25.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Amendment to the Service Contract, approved on February 5, 2019 under agenda item #24, between Williamson County and Tyler Technologies Inc. to provide the License Software, maintenance and support identified on Amendment Exhibit 1 in the amount of $9,750.00 with a annual fee of $2,048.00, for a total of $11,798.00 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
 
26.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the purchase agreement between Tyler Technologies and Williamson County for Low Profile Stands in the amount of $536.00 pursuant to Sourcewell Contract #110515-TTI and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
 
27.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a 2017 Capital Improvement Program Budget Transfer to move $2,017.54 from Software Defined Network (P511) to SoftCode – Constables’ Offices (P510).
 
28.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a 2018 Capital Improvement Program Budget Transfer to move $9,872.46 from Public Safety Vehicle/Body Cameras (P473) to SoftCode – Constables’ Offices (P510).
