The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
 
1. Review and approval of minutes.
 
2.
Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.
 
3.
Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.

17.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the quote with Samsara to renew Fleet Tracking licenses in the amount of $21,600.00 per the terms of GSA contract #GS35F327GA and authorizing execution of the quote.

19.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a Service Contract between Unified Power and Williamson County pursuant to Quote No.61821- Rev: 3 in the amount $4,000.00 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
 
20.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Work Authorization #2 in the amount of $31,000.00 to expire on May 15, 2020 under Williamson County Contract for Architectural and Engineering Services between Reliance Architecture, LLC and Williamson County dated January 30, 2019 for M11 Ambulance Station.
 
21.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding a TCEQ Agent Authorization Form for the the Edwards Aquifer Protection Program associated with the CR 200 Project, a Road Bond project in Commissioner Pct. 2.

23.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Supplemental Work Authorization No.1 to Work Authorization No.8 for Right of Way Survey and Parcel Maps for San Gabriel Ranch Road with Surveying And Mapping, LLC. This Supplemental is to deobligate the Work Authorization amount of $20,000 and to revise the termination date to June 11, 2019.
 
24.   Discuss consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Northwest Phase 1 subdivision – Precinct 2.
