The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
 
1. Review and approval of minutes.

Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.
 
3.
Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.

25.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #1902-298 Electronic Bidding & Contract Management Solutions to the best overall respondent Negometrix USA Inc. and authorizing execution of the license agreement.

31.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action for approval of an Access Agreement between Williamson County, Texas, Williamson County Sheriff's Office and Big Fish Entertainment, LLC for the continuation of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office's participation in the "Almost Live" multi-part television series currently entitled "Live PD".
 
32.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Williamson County North Campus Project; Change Order #49 in the amount of $2,573.00 to approve funding from within the existing contract for additional HVAC Equipment screen wall support caps, which was executed by Dwayne Gossett, Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, pursuant to the previous grant of authority under Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code. This change order is to be funded by the Owners Contingency.
 
33.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Work Authorization #2 in the amount of $55,000.00 to expire on December 31, 2019 under Williamson County Contract for Architectural and Engineering Services between KGA Architecture and Williamson County dated August 21, 2018 for the Williamson County Inner Loop Annex.
 
34.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Knight Restoration to provide repair of window sealings at the Central Maintenance Facility in the amount of $3,850.00 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
 
35.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 5 (MA Smith Contracting) in the amount of -$339,073.04 for Neenah Avenue Widening, a Road Bond project in Commissioner's Pct. 1.

36.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Crack Seal contract 1704-156 for the term of May 16, 2019 - May 15, 2020, for the same terms, and conditions as the existing contract with Right Pointe as the primary vendor with same pricing, and with Crafco, Inc as the secondary vendor with a requested price increase from $0.376 to $0.495 for Asphalt Rubber part number 34541 due to increase in asphalt raw material cost. The tertiary vendor, Quikrete, was non-responsive to providing required documentation as requested.
 
37.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the preliminary plat for the Santa Rita Northwest subdivision – Precinct 2.
 
38.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the preliminary plat for the Realm of the Lizard King subdivision – Precinct 2.
