The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
 
1. Review and approval of minutes.

Consider noting in minutes any off right-of-way work on any County road done by Road & Bridge Division.
 
3.
Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.
 
4.
Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.

This change order is being funded by the Construction Managers and Owners Contingencies.
 
25.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Animal Shelter P435; Change Order #13 in the amount of $22,308.00 to approve funding from within the existing contract for exterior signage and additional plumbing scopes of work, which was executed by Dale Butler, Williamson County Facilities Director, pursuant to the previous grant of authority under Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code. This change order is being funded by the Construction Managers and Owners Contingencies.

35.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding IFB #1901-285 CR 176 at RM 2243 to the lowest responsive bidder, Joe Bland Construction and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
 
36.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a 2013 Road Bond Budget Transfer per Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager, to move 1,500,000 to CR 176 at RM 2243 (P241) from SH 29 Bypass/Inner Loop (P243) of $1,000,000 and Seward Junction SE (P271) of $500,000.
 
37.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Service Agreement between Rifeline, LLC and Williamson County pursuant to RFP #1812-284 Public Involvement for Infrastructure Projects and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
 
38.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Professional MEP Engineering Services Agreements between Williamson County and Hendrix Consulting Engineers to provide design services for HVAC equipment changeout at the Jester Annex and for Boiler changeout at the Historic Courthouse and authorizing the execution of the agreements.
 
39.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Alpha Paving Industries, LLC. to provide installation of an ADA Ramp at the Williamson County Expo Center and authorizing execution of the agreement.
 
40.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and StarCraft Interior Contractor Ltd. to provide Fellert Acoustical Coating Plaster Repair for the Historic Courthouse in the amount of $7,500 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
 
41.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Intertech Flooring to provide Carpet Replacement for the Central Maintenance Facility in the amount of $11,677.00 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
 
42.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting a Quitclaim Deed conveying Williamson County any interest held by the City of Georgetown in a portion of existing right-of-way at Williamson County’s property located at 7th Street and Pine Street as consideration for Williamson County grant of a twelve (12) foot sidewalk easement pursuant to a Sidewalk Maintenance And Access Easement; and authorize the County Judge to execute all instruments necessary for the grant of such easement.
 
43.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Williamson County Georgetown Annex Project, P325, Change Order # 25 from Chasco Constructors in the amount of ($76,165.68) to approve accepting a credit from the final balance of the GMP contract. This change order is being funded by various line item credits in the GMP contract and is being credited to P325 funding.
 
44.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Armag Corporation per the terms of GSA Contract #GS-07F-0076M to provide delivery and installation of an ammo storage unit for the Sheriff's Department Firing Range in the amount of $223,460.00 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
 
45.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a real estate contract with V-Tex Logistics LLC. for 61.49 Acres.
Funding Source: Landfill Site Development Fund.
 
46.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Interlocal Agreement for Completing Design Services and Construction Related to the Seward Junction Southeast Water Line Improvements with the City of Georgetown.
