The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
 
1. Review and approval of minutes.
 
2.
Consider noting in minutes any off right-of-way work on any County road done by Road & Bridge Division.
 
3.
Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.
 
4.
Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.

13.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of twelve (12) Motorola radios and accessories for the Williamson County Sheriff's Office, in the amount of $70,664.40, pursuant to HGAC contract RA05-18.
 
14.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on exempting Larry Perez Signs and Graphix from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption as set forth under Tex. Loc. Gov't Code §§ 262.024.(4), 262.024.(7)(A) and 262.024.(7)(D), for the one time purchase of vehicle decals and wraps in the amount of $23,750.00.
 
15.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of twelve (12) Panasonic Toughbooks from GTS Technology Solutions for the Williamson County Sheriff's Office per quote #QT0036319, in the amount of $59,675.40 per DIR Contracts DIR-TSO-4025 and DIR-TSO-3920.
 
16.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed bids for Jester Annex, Taylor Annex and Taylor Clinic Parking Lots Fog Seal FY 19 under IFB #1901-289.
 
17.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed bids for Spring 2019 Fog Seal (Block House Creek and Woodland Park) under IFB #1901-288.
 
18.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of one (1) 2019 Chevrolet Silverado Double Cab pickup in the amount of $23,770 and one (1) 2019 Chevrolet Traverse in the amount of $25,920 from Caldwell Country pursuant to BuyBoard Contract #521-16.
 
19.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving purchase of one (1) 2019 F250 truck with Knabheide Standard Body & Grill Guard in the amount of $30,880 and on (1) 2019 F250 truck with Tommy Gate & Grill Guard in the amount of $26,441 from Caldwell Country Ford pursuant to HGAC contract #VE11-18.
 
20.   Discuss, consider and take any necessary action to approve order for interment by cremation of deceased (J. Zornjak, a/k/a J. Zorniak) who passed away in J.P., Pct. 1 of Williamson County, TX where there has been no inquest by the Justice of the Peace and the county has duty to inter, pursuant to Tex. Health & Safety Code § 711.002(e), and authorize Beck Funeral Home to move forward with interment.
 
21.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on resolution designating the County Judge as the authorized official for Veterans Treatment Court grant #278105 from the Office of the Governor and CEO/Law Enforcement Certifications and Assurances Form.
 
22.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving renewal for annual support for Accela Permitting Software from Carahsoft for OSSF and the Health District in the total amount of $117,089.42, pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-TSO-3149.
 
23.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving purchase of Rubrik r6408 &r6404 with CloudOn and Polaris Radar - 3 year Support from Freeit Data Solutions in the amount of $299,977.95 pursuant to DIR Contract #DIR-TSO-3944.
 
24.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a service agreement for SoftCode between Williamson County and Tyler Technologies, Inc. in the amount of $292,944 pursuant to SourceWell Contract #110515-TTI and authorizing execution of the agreement.
 
25.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a 2013 Road Bond Budget Transfer per Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager, to move $250,000 from 2013 Road Non-Departmental (P290) to Granger Area Drainage Improvements (P486).

28.   9:30 Conduct public hearing relating to a request from the 911 Communications department to increase the budgeted salary amount for position noted in the attached list and discuss (1) the reason for the payment in excess of the budgeted amount is being offer to the employee, including the public purpose that will be served by making the excess payment; and (2) the exact amount of the excess payment, the sources of the payment, and the terms for distribution of the payment that effect and maintain the public purpose to be served by making the excess payment. These increases will be funded using funds in the current approved budget.
 
29.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a request to increase the budgeted salary amount for 911 Communications department and position noted in the attached list. This increases will be funded using funds in the current approved budget.
