WILLIAMSON COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S COURT

The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
 
1. Review and approval of minutes.
 
2.
Consider noting in minutes any off right-of-way work on any County road done by Road & Bridge Division.
 
3.
Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.
 
4.
Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.
 
CONSENT AGENDA
The Consent Agenda includes non-controversial and routine items that the Court may act on with one single vote. The Judge or a Commissioner may pull any item from the consent agenda in order that the court discuss and act upon it individually as part of the Regular Agenda.

12.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action authorizing the County Judge to execute an authorized use agreement with Fugitive Pieces Productions, LLC for use of the historic jail, 312 S. Main St., for filming on February 14, 2019 for a fee of $280.80.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding License Agreement with The Highlands at Mayfield Ranch Master Community, Inc. and Williamson County.
 
14.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of a Contract for Indigent Defense Services Support (RFP #1809-263) between Williamson County and Lone Star Justice Alliance and authorization of the execution of the contract.

19.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the renewal of the education affiliation agreement between Williamson County EMS and EMTS Academy and St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center Paramedic Program Consortium.
 
20.   Receive updates on the Department of Infrastructure projects and issues.
 
21.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ #1810-270 Small Project Architectural Services to the best qualified firms KGA Architecture; MWM Design Group; Talex Inc., Engineers; Steinbomer, Bramwell & Vrazel Architects; and Reliance Architecture, LLC. as recommended by the evaluation committee and authorizing execution of the corresponding professional services agreements.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval to utilize Road and Bridge Division staff and equipment staff to set metal plates over a failed pipe culvert on West Davilla Street in Granger so the road can be reopened to traffic.
