The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
 
1. Review and approval of minutes.
 
2.
Consider noting in minutes any off right-of-way work on any County road done by Road & Bridge Division.
 
 
3.
Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.

 
 
4.
Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.

11.   Discuss, consider and take any necessary action to approve order for interment by cremation of deceased (R. Zimmerman) who passed away in J.P., Pct. 1 of Williamson County, TX where there has been no inquest by the Justice of the Peace and the county has duty to inter, pursuant to Tex. Health & Safety Code § 711.002(e), and authorize Beck Funeral Home to move forward with interment.
 
12.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting Stop The Bleed training supplies from Capital Area Trauma Regional Advisory Council (CATRAC) .

15.   Hear presentation and discuss a proposal by the City of Georgetown to construct and maintain a wastewater interceptor line known as the “Berry Creek Interceptor Project” through Berry Springs Park and Preserve, a park owned and operated by Williamson County, Texas, as well as hear and discuss proposed restoration plans for the park.

20.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a 2019 CIP Budget Transfer to move $519,918.95 from 2019 CIP Non-Departmental (P507) to SO Lott Building Remodel (P508) of $7,000.00, Precinct 4 Hutto Office Shell Finish Out (P516) of $6,000, Additional Hutto Office Condo (P517) of $6,918.95 and JP4 Technology Upgrade (P523) of $500,000.
 
21.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on acknowledging a potential conflict and request to consent to Nossaman LLP’s agreement to represent RR Campus, LP as to environmental issues relating to a real property development located in Williamson County and Travis County.
 
22.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to replace Dan A. Gattis, County Judge, with Commissioner-Elect Russ Boles to the Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) General Assembly effective following the Executive Committee Meeting of CAPCOG on Wednesday, December 12th, 2018.
 
23.   Discuss and take appropriate action to approve the agreement for consolidation and maintenance of birth and death records for an efficient and uniform system between Williamson County Justice of the Peace Precinct 4 and the Williamson County Clerk and transfer the registrar duties effective January 1, 2019.
 
24.   Discuss, consider, and take approproate action on th approval of the Youth Mentoring Program Grant Resolution for Juvenile Services.
 
25.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the approval of the Vocational Training for Youth Program Resolution for Juvenile Services.
