The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
 
1. Review and approval of minutes.

Consider noting in minutes any off right-of-way work on any County road done by Road & Bridge Division.
 
 
3.
Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.

 
 
4.
Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.

30.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Williamson County Expo RV Park Project, Change Order # 3 from Champion Site Prep, L.P., in the amount of $0 for an adjustment in the number of contract days. This change order is adding thirteen days to the contract due to weather delays.
 
31.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Williamson County Georgetown Annex Project, P325, Change Order # 20 from Chasco Constructors in the amount of $6,830.00 to approve existing contract funding for electrical subcontractor scopes of work that were not specified in the original design documents. This change order is being funded by the Construction Managers and Owners Contingencies.
 
32.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Williamson County Georgetown Annex Project, P325, Change Order # 21 from Chasco Constructors in the amount of ($100,00.00) to approve accepting a credit from the Construction Managers Contingency balance. This change order is being funded by the Construction Managers Contingency and is being credited to P325 funding.
 
33.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a real estate contract with Joseph Alan Thomas and Julie Thomas for right of way needed on the Hairy Man Road project (Parcel N24). Funding Source: Road Bonds P284

35.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on adding an Education Manager position and reclassifying four existing positions to TCO IVs full-time positions in the 911 Communications Department (0581), as previously approved in the FY19 budget.
 
36.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding the engagement of the law firm of Dickinson Wright PLLC to represent Williamson County in relation to intellectual property matters necessary for trademark registration of the Williamson County logo; and exemption of these services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services, as set forth under Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code § 262.024(a)(4).
 
37.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Interlocal Agreement between Liberty County and Williamson County for the sale of a surplus patrol vehicle in accordance with TX Local Gov't Code 263.152 (a) (1).
 
38.   Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action to set a public hearing on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 9:30 AM in the Williamson County Commissioners Courtroom, 710 Main Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626, to be held in accordance with Chapter 26 of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Code, regarding a proposal by the City of Georgetown to construct and maintain a wastewater interceptor line, and for the conveyance of an easement therefore, through Berry Springs Park and Preserve, a park owned and operated by Williamson County, Texas.
 
39.   Discuss, consider and approve the adoption of Jarrell CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) as an RCS Associate customer under the County radio system.
 
40.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed bids for Corrugated Metal Pipe under IFB #1811-272.
