WILLIAMSON COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S COURT

The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
 
1. Review and approval of minutes.
 
2.
Consider noting in minutes any off right-of-way work on any County road done by Road & Bridge Division.
 
 
3.
Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.

 
 
4.
Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.

16.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Supplemental No. 2 to the Professional Service Agreement (PSA) between Williamson County and Kimley-Horn and Associates relating to the 2013 Road Bond Program. Project: P331. Funding Source: Road Bonds.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Temporary Construction Easement between Williamson County, as Grantor, and MFDR, LLC, as Grantee, to grant MFDR, LLC the right to inspect and locate the terminus of an existing City of Georgetown water line that is located on Williamson County’s property near Southwestern Boulevard in Georgetown, Texas.
 
18.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Jail Kitchen and Plumbing Remodel Project; P411, Change Order # 13 from STR Constructors, LTD. in the amount of $76,775.42 to approve funding for emergency Jail wastewater line repairs throughout the S.O. Administration ceiling. This change order is being funded out of the Jail Remodel Project funds.
 
19.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Williamson County Georgetown Annex Project, P325, Change Order # 19 from Chasco Constructors in the amount of $51,877.29 to approve existing contract funding for miscellaneous subcontractor scopes of work that are necessary to complete the project based on the original design intent. This change order is being funded by the Construction Managers and Owners Contingencies.
 
20.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Regional Animal Shelter Expansion Project; Change Order # 8 in the amount of $26,885.00 to approve existing contract funding for miscellaneous subcontractor scopes of work that are necessary to complete the project based on the original design intent. This change order is being funded by the Construction Managers and Owners Contingencies.

30.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Striping services contract 1711-203, for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract, for the term of December 19, 2018 - December 18, 2019, with the primary vendor, DIJ Construction.
 
31.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on exempting Larry Perez Signs and Graphix from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption as set forth under Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code §§ 262.024.(4), 262.024(7)(A) and 262.024(7)(D), for the one time purchase of vehicle wraps in the amount of $5,250.00.
 
32.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the service agreement between Williamson County and Woolery Custom Fence Co. to provide privacy fence, gates and access control at the Lott Building in the not-to-exceed amount of $29,741.75, to support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office and authorizing execution of the agreement.
 
33.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and recieve sealed statements of qualifications for Transportation Corridor Development - Chandler Road Extension under RFQ #1811-274.
