The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
 
1. Review and approval of minutes.
 
2.
Consider noting in minutes any off right-of-way work on any County road done by Road & Bridge Division.
 
 
3.
Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.

 
 
4.
Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.

10.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on appointment of John Copelan, Georgetown, Williamson County to to the Williamson County Conservation Foundation (WCCF) Board to fill an unexpired term; term to expire on or about April 24, 2019.

14.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Williamson County North Campus Project; Change Order # 64 from Vaughn Construction in the amount of $2,181,975.00 to approve funding for the construction of Building A, the Facilities Warehouse and Building J, the Sign Shop Remodel, from within the existing GMP contract and other funding sources.
 
15.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Williamson County North Campus Project; Change Order # 66 from Vaughn Construction in the amount of $108,340.00 to approve funding from within the existing contract for earthwork, utilities and asphalt for alternate # 3 Fuel Station based on ASI-039 and ASI-042 and to receive credit for work associated with striping at Building G. This change order is to be credited to the Owners Contingency and funded by Buyout Savings.
 
16.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Round Rock regarding construction and easement acquisitions to construct improvements to the storm water system between Greenfield and Oak Bluff Estates.
 
17.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Real Estate Contract with Karen Sparks Guenther for right of way needed on the Hairy Man Rd. project (Parcel N23). Funding Source: Road Bonds P284
 
18.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Amended and Restated Interlocal Lease Agreement between Williamson County and the City of Georgetown providing for the expansion of the real property currently being leased by the City of Georgetown pursuant to the original Interlocal Lease Agreement, being dated August 12, 2014.
 
19.   Discuss, Consider and take appropriate action on the form Office Lease Agreement between Williamson County, Lessor, and Chinogringo, LLC, as Lessee, relating to the office condo space located at 321 Ed Schmidt Boulevard, Unit #100, Hutto, Texas 78634 to commence upon closing and funding of Williamson County’s purchase of such property.
 
20.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to allow the Sheriff's Office to accept a grant through Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program, FY 2018 Local Solicitation.
 
21.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a letter stating the position of Williamson County and the Williamson County Conservation Foundation regarding changes to the use of the Endangered Species Act Section 10 for Section 7 projects and related matters.
 
22.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a FY2016 Annual Action Plan substantial amendment by authorizing a change to the original scope relating to the City of Taylor Robinson Park Community Center Project.
 
23.   Discuss and take appropriate action on amending the 2018 Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan by transferring $150,000 from the Bluebonnet Trails Community Services Project to the Robinson Park Community Center Project.
 
24.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the service agreement between Klepzig Excavation and Williamson County for grease trap repair services in the not-to-exceed amount of $6,400.00, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
 
25.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the service contract between R&B Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Oliver Roofing Systems and Williamson County for roof repairs in the not-to-exceed amount of $4,999.99 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
 
26.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Kronos and Williamson County for professional services in the not-to-exceed amount of $32,085.00, pursuant to US Communities cooperative agreement #14-JLR-003, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
 
27.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the software maintenance renewal from Environmental Systems Research Institute in the amount of $60,823.18, pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-TSO-3446.
 
28.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed proposals for Emergency Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch Preventive Maintenance, Repair and Rental Services under RFP #1810-269.

32.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on renewal of Williamson County Pollution Liability Insurance for Fleet Services, regarding Third Party Liability Insurance, Corrective Action and Clean-up Costs for the Storage Tank Pollution with Commerce And Industry Insurance Company, under Policy #PLC000168373 for the term of 12/18/18 - 12/18/19.
 
33.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on exempting RT Lawrence Corporation from the competitive bidding requirements established by Section 262.024.(a)(7) of the Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemptions, as the sole provider for RTLFirst remittance and processing system for the Williamson County Tax Office and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
 
34.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on exempting OPEX Corporation from the competitive bidding requirements established by Section 262.024.(a)(7) of the Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemptions, as the sole source provider of warranty and maintenance for existing AS7200 scanner hardware for the Williamson County Tax Office and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
 
35.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding IFB #1807-245 Bulk Fuel for Williamson County to the lowest and best bidder, Petroleum Traders Corporation.
 
36.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the use of General Services Agreement (GSA) contract GS-07F-0031W for the purchase of two (2) LPR WANCO Speed Trailers in the amount of $116,890.00 from Millenium Products Inc. to support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office.
