The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
 
1. Review and approval of minutes.
 
2.
Consider noting in minutes any off right-of-way work on any County road done by Road & Bridge Division.
 
 
3.
Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.

 
 
4.
Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.

25.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Counsel Contingent Fee Contract to engage Watts Guerra LLP; The Gallagher Law Firm, LLP; Fibich, Leebron, Copeland, Briggs; Jay R. Aldis; and the Law Offices of Edmond Moreland for the representation and prosecution of a lawsuit arising under the laws of the State of Texas against various pharmaceutical companies and/or distributors that design, manufacture, promote, market, distribute, and/or sell prescription opioid drugs, and those acting in concert with them; exemption of these services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services, as set forth under Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code § 262.024(a)(4); and authorize the presiding officer of the Williamson County Commissioners Court to execute all documents necessary for such engagement and representation.

43.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a Preventative Maintenance & Service Program Agreement for the Spacesaver System for Justice of the Peace Precinct No. 4 between Williamson County and Southwest Solutions Group, for the amount of $1,444.31 covering the term October 1, 2018 - September 30, 2019.
 
44.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Armored Courier service contract #1605-078, for the term of October 1, 2018 - September 30, 2019, with Dunbar Armored, Inc., for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract, with the exception of pricing revisions shown per the Exhibit "A" defining "Per Month Per Location."
 
45.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on extending Custodial Services Agreement, Renewal 2, with McLemore Building Maintenance, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract, with the exception of department approved pricing changes for identified contracted items, per the attached pricing documentation, inclusion of Security Addendum, and Specification and Scope of Service, for the term of October 1, 2018 - September 30, 2019.
 
46.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the purchase and delivery of Asphalt Cement for a term of one (1) year provided by written quote(s) where no competitive bids were received, pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Section 262.0225(d) and 262.0245 and County policy.
 
47.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFP# 1807-251, for Landscape Maintenance Services to the overall best respondent, Red & White Greenery, INC and authorizing the execution of the agreement, with initial contract period beginning October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2020.
