The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
 
1. Review and approval of minutes.
 
2.
Consider noting in minutes any off right-of-way work on any County road done by Road & Bridge Division.
 
 
3.
Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.

 
 
4.
Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.

The Consent Agenda includes non-controversial and routine items that the Court may act on with one single vote. The Judge or a Commissioner may pull any item from the consent agenda in order that the court discuss and act upon it individually as part of the Regular Agenda.

This change order is being funded by the Owners Contingency.
 
10.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Cedar Park Tax Office Remodel Project; Change Order # 16 in the amount of $23,930.00 for approval of additional electrical, data, exterior and interior finish work, and window coverings, which was executed by Bob Lubecker, Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, pursuant to the previous grant of authority under Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code. This change order is being funded by the Owners Contingency.
 
11.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Work Authorization No. 3 in the amount of $50,000 to expire on March 30, 2018 under Williamson County Contract for Engineering Services between Steger Bizzell Engineering, Inc. and Williamson County dated January 17, 2017 for On Call Professional Engineering Services for Williamson County Road and Bridge.
 
12.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of the preliminary plat for the LSRWA Lester subdivision - Pct 4.

22.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Training Center Project, P323, Change Order # 35 from American Constructors in the amount of $104,195.00 for additional Audio/Video components and installation. This change order is being funded by the Owners Contingency.
 
23.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Training Center Project, P323, Change Order # 43 from American Constructors in the amount of $5,165.00 for additional irrigation controller components and installation. This change order is being funded by the Construction Managers Contingency.
 
24.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Change Order No. 46, to the Agreement between Williamson County and J. T. Vaughn Construction, LLC, in the amount of $1,350,000.00 for the acceptance and funding of the Fuel Station and the required additional days per ASI-039 in relation to the Williamson County North Campus Project. This change order is being funded by the reserve spending budget for capital projects which was approved on October 17, 2017.

CR 434 Bridge between CR 436 and CR 438 South East of Thrall on March 13, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., March 14, 2018 from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. and March 15, 2018 from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. 2. CR 438 between CR 434 and FM 112 South East of Thrall from 5 a.m. until 10 p.m. on March 12, 2018; and 3. CR 366 between Chandler Rd and HWY 29 North West of Taylor near the San Gabriel River Crossing from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. on March 12, 2018.
 
31.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Traffic Signs Agreement #1702-140, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract, for the term of March 21, 2018 - March 20, 2019, with Garden State Highway Products, Inc. for signs and roll goods; Pathmark Traffic Products of Texas and NSTS, LLC for hardware, posts and markers.
 
32.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the First Amended Services Contract for Fire, Alarm Monitoring with SimplexGrinnell, adding exhibits C1-C5, pursuant to TX-MAS-5-03FACO10, with pricing as shown on Exhibit C1-C5.
 
33.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving an agreement between Cambrian Environmental and Williamson County for Emergency Karst Services relating to Cave at Cambria Drive, Round Rock Texas, in the not-to-exceed amount of $ 35,000.00, exempting this agreement from competitive requirements as per Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemption 262.024.(1), 262.024 (2) and 262.024 (3), and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
 
34.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of one (1) 2018 Chevy Express 3500 Van in the amount of $46,211.66 and three (3) Chevy Tahoe PPv 4X2's in the amount of $117,431.71, from Caldwell Country Chevrolet per BuyBoard Contract # 521-16 to support the operations of the Williamson County Jail.
 
35.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ # 1711-206, Small Drainage and Roadway Project Design to the best overall respondents Alliance Transportation Group (Drainage Design) & Pape-Dawson Engineers, Inc. (Roadway Design) and authorizing execution of the Professional Services Agreements.
 
36.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Work Authorization No. 1 in the amount of $150,000.00 to expire September 30, 2018, under Williamson County Contract, for Engineering Services between Pape-Dawson Engineers, Inc. and Williamson County dated March 6, 2018 for On-Call Professional Engineering Services for Small Drainage and Roadway Projects and authorizing execution of the WA.
 
37.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Work Authorization No. 1 in the amount of $150,000.00 to expire September 30, 2018 under Williamson County Contract for Engineering Services between Alliance Transportation Group and Williamson County dated March 6, 2018 for On Call Professional Engineering Services for Small Drainage and Roadway Projects and authorizing execution of the WA.
 
38.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on amending the Purchasing requirement to obtain three (3) quotes by increasing the threshold from $2,000 to $5,000.
 
39.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed bids for Pharmaceuticals and Supplies for the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter under IFB # 1802-218.
