NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
WILLIAMSON COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S COURT

The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
 
1. Review and approval of minutes.
 
2.
Consider noting in minutes any off right-of-way work on any County road done by Road & Bridge Division.
 
 
3.
Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.

 
 
4.
Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.
 
 
CONSENT AGENDA
The Consent Agenda includes non-controversial and routine items that the Court may act on with one single vote. The Judge or a Commissioner may pull any item from the consent agenda in order that the court discuss and act upon it individually as part of the Regular Agenda.

7.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action acknowledging line item transfers of $500 or less completed by the County Auditor during Fiscal Year 2015.
 
8.   Discuss and consider approving waiving Penalty and Interest to customers as requested by the Tax Assessor Collector.
 
9.   Receive and acknowledge Supplemental Work Authorization No. 1 under Williamson County Contract for Traffic Engineering Services between Alliance Transportation Group and Williamson County dated March 12, 2015 for traffic engineering services intersection of Gattis School Road and Winterfield Drive/Bethpage Drive Round Rock TX for Williamson County Road and Bridge. This supplemental is to extend the expiration date to April 30, 2016 only. The current Work Authorization dollar amount will remain the same.
 
10.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the disposal of various county assets through auction, including (1) Laptop w/ Cord and Docking Station, (1) Laptop w/ word and Extra Battery, (1) Monitor, (1) Fax Machine, (2) Printers, (1) Small Table, (1) File Drawer, (1) Wooden Desk, (1) Chair, (1) Pallet of Brass Plumbing Drain Parts, (complete list attached), pursuant to Tex. Local Gov't Code §263.152.
 
11.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the disposal of county asset through inter-departmental transfer, including (1) Printer, (complete list attached), pursuant to Tex. Local Gov't Code §263.152.
 
12.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the disposal of (1) 2009 Ford F150, (1) 2009 Ford Crown Vic, (1) Ford Crown Vic through auction, pursuant to Tex. Local Gov't Code §263.152.

22.   Discuss and take action to approve transferring $61,939 of expenses for the Cedar Park Tower Project from the 2014 Cash Ending Reduction Program to the 2006 Certificates of Obligation and assign $55,000 of the 2015 Cash Ending Reduction Program funds to Public Safety Technology-Secure Messaging Project.
 
23.   Discuss and take appropriate action regarding use of unallocated or available funds in the 2015 Certificates of Obligation and 2013-2015 Cash Ending Reduction Programs.
 
24.   Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of agreement for vehicle reimbursements during off-duty work conducted by Williamson County Constable Precinct One deputies with The Fellowship Round Rock.
 
25.   Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of agreement for vehicle reimbursements during off-duty work conducted by Sheriff's Office deputies with Deerpark Middle School PTA.
 
26.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to approve the Tax Collection Agreement between Williamson County Municipal District No. 23 and the County of Williamson, Texas.
 
27.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding an Interlocal Agreement with Upper Brushy Creek Water Control and Improvement District (District) for improvements to a portion of Brushy Creek Regional Trail.
 
28.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of Interlocal Contract for Next Generation 9-1-1 Database Program with the Capital Area Emergency Communications District for the 2016 fiscal year.
 
29.   Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding proposed Georgetown Annex, including but not limited to addressing plan for future occupants.
 
30.   Discuss, review, and take appropriate action on the Interlocal Contract for Public Safety Answering Point maintenance, equipment and training between Williamson County and the Capital Area Emergency Communications District.
 
31.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on an agreement between Williamson County and Emergency Services District #7 for establishing EMS ambulance and personnel housing at the Williamson County Emergency Services District #7 Florence Station 301 S. 32.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the County Judge to execute HEB Pharmacy Agreement and Addendum No. 1 to HEB Pharmacy Contract Fiscal Year 2016 to Administer Onsite Immunizations for Williamson County Employees and covered Dependent Spouses enrolled in a current Medical Plan.
 
33.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Funding Modification and Task Order between US Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Williamson County for the purpose of providing for the installation and funding of medical trailers at the T. Don Hutto Residential Center under task order HSCEDM-15-F-IG004
 
34.   Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval of specific malpractice insurance coverage for Williamson County EMS from Extraco-Banks Insurance.
 
35.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding bids received for Milling and Overlay for Rosebud, Bayswater, Paddington, Landfill for Williamson County Road and Bridge, Bid# 1507-003 to the lowest and best bidder – Ramming Paving and approving the Construction Service Agreement for execution.
 
36.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Cooperative Fuel Purchasing agreement between the City of Georgetown and Williamson County in order to provide Georgetown with access to automobile propane fuel at the County's Maintenance Facility.
 
37.   Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving extension with Alliance Work Partners for Employee Assistance Program for the contract term beginning November 1, 2015 through October 31, 2016.
 
38.   Consider declaring an emergency and approving a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for the Sheriff's Office.
